Reactor system 18L

Reactor system SYS-112 is a universal reaction and distillation system designed for manufacturing of pharmaceutical intermediates and final products. The system is made by Büchi AG, Switzerland.

The system is suitable for operation with highly aggressive media. Materials of the system that come into contact with reactants are highly corrosive resistant, such as borosilicate glass, glass-lined steel, tantalum and PTFE. The control system is the same as for rector 30L

Reactor systems 100L and 250L

Reactor system SYS-1110 and SYS-1111 is a universal reaction and distillation systems designed for manufacturing of pharmaceutical intermediates and final products. The system is made by Büchi AG, Switzerland.

The system is suitable for operation with highly aggressive media. Materials of the system that come into contact with reactants are highly corrosive resistant, such as borosilicate glass, glass-lined steel, tantalum and PTFE.

Reactor systems consist of the following components: 100 and 250L jacketed chemical glass reactors, two 400L glass vessels for treatment of chemical mixtures, two 50 L glass receivers, two 50 L glass feed vessels, a column, and a distillation unit. The system is intended to perform a wide range of chemical reactions at the temperature interval of -50 to +200 °C with subsequent treatment, such as various types of extractions and product isolation. The system also allows performing solvent evaporation at the pressure range of -1 to +0.5 bar.

Monitoring and control of process parameters is performed using computerized system based on a PLC. The system collects and interprets signals from the sensors installed in the reactor system (temperature, pressure, rotation, and pH), and allows control of the parameters. All data are stored in system logs on MySQL or SQL server and regularly backed up.
